Place Almond Meal, Chia Seeds, and Ground Flaxseed into a microwavable bowl. Add egg whites and water (or Coconut Milk or Almond Milk). Stir mixture slightly (or you can be lazy and swish the bowl a bit like I do). Microwave on high for 2 1/2 – 3 minutes or until desired consistency. Add any mix-ins you like! I added Almond Butter and stevia this time, but it’s also great with salsa and asparagus, or even coconut flakes, coconut oil, cocoa powder, and almonds! Enjoy! Cooking Steps
