Preheat oven to 375*F. Spray baking dish (9 inch round cake pan) with olive oil cooking spray. In medium bowl, mix almond flour, raisins, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In small bowl, mix coconut oil and yogurt. Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients. Spread in the cake pan. Bake 20 minutes or until slightly browned on top and toothpick comes out clean. Cut into wedges and serve warm or cool. Top with favorite pureed fruit for a little extra sweet kick.Cooking Steps
